We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Cookies & similar technologies
Our own website sets no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. The only third party technology we load is Google reCAPTCHA, and only on our Contact page, where we use it to protect the form from spam and automated abuse. When you view that page, Google may set cookies and process device and usage data to distinguish humans from bots. reCAPTCHA is used solely as a security measure; its use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Because we do not use analytics or marketing cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner; reCAPTCHA is loaded only where strictly necessary to keep the contact form secure. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
Service providers
We share personal data only with providers that process it on our behalf:
- Netlify, website hosting and contact-form processing/storage.
- Google, reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form.
International transfers
These providers may process data outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us.
If you are in the UK or EEA and have a concern we haven't resolved, you can complain to your data protection authority, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
